Originally from Valtellina, bresaola is a beef sausage and is produced with the lean part of the animal, making it an ideal food in low-calorie diets, due to its low energy content.

Excellent on its own or with the addition of olive oil, rocket and parmesan cheese, it is a delicious appetizer or a fresh and light second course.

Available both loose and in a practical vacuum pack.
